2018 MSD Trade Period Extended & Split from Delistings Deadline

Due to MSD being on a Monday, resulting in too short a trade period considering the different timezones, the MSD trade period has been extended as follows:

 

  • Starts Friday 18th May 0800 WST
  • Ends Monday 21st May 1600 WST

 

Please note all trades made during this trade period will be FINAL so buyer beware!

e.g. if you trade on Saturday and the player you acquired does his ACL on the Sunday, you are stuck with him

 

However the Delistings Deadline will be a little bit earlier at Monday 21st May at 1200 WST to allow the draft order to be finalised earlier.

 

 

2018 PSD Date Set

1st option: Sat 17th of March 2018 at 2000 WST = 2200 EST = 0700 NY time

2nd option: Sat 10th of March 2018 at 2100 WST = 2300 EST =  0700 NY time

Note DLS ends in NY on Sunday 11th March hence the different start times.

 

Coaches are required to keep both dates free and locked in on their calendars.

We will confirm which one we choose closer to the time.

– Monday 29th May
– Tuesday 30th May
– Wednesday 31st May
– All coaches are advised that the MSD will be held on one of the 3 dates above. Coaches are required to keep all 3 dates free – put them ALL in your calendars now. The exact date will be fixed closer to the time.
– The time for submitting preferences has passed.
– The exact time of the draft on that evening WST will also be determined closer to the time. It might be anything from 1900 WST (early 0600 wake up for NY – clearly not our 1st preference) to 2100 WST start.
