HFFL Squad sizes & Sub-20 Retentions increased for PSD 2017

That from PSD 2017 onwards we:

– increase the squad sizes to 23
– simultaneously increase the number of allowed “sub-20” retentions by 2 players.

 

For: Twadds, Buddha, Koach, Emperor, Mick (5)

Against: Tobes, Roofa (2)
