Hit Outs added to Utility Score

Vote 1 at MSD 2016:  That Hit Outs be added to the Utility Score

New utility formula would be

• (Disposals + Marks x 4 + Tackles x 5 + Goals x 6 + Behinds + Hit Outs)/2 – (Frees Against*2)
